SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as priority and express shipping are elevated in priority to meet the shipping deadline. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 6 business days from the time the order is placed.
RETURN POLICY
Any standard 380donuts.com product can be returned by the original purchaser within a 24 hour time frame from the date of purchase for a full price refund if the item is returned in its original unaltered condition.

A copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation including name, address, and email/phone number should be enclosed within the return.

Any products which have been modified or altered in any way by the customer cannot be returned

Returns within the same day will be accepted. Since our products are perishable food we cannot accept any returns past the original purchase date.
